Can I get a SUREdeal in my city?SURE-can! We have national deals that everyone in Australia can buy. You can subscribe to as many cities as you want so that you can buy a SUREdeal for someone in another city or buy a SUREdeal to use when you are traveling.

Can I buy a deal as a gift for someone else?Yes of course, when you purchase you just check the gift box during checkout and fill in the person's name you are gifting the voucher to. You can also have an item sent to a friend directly by entering their delivery address at checkout! If a deal can't be gifted we will let you know in the SUREdeal deal conditions.
Do deals ever run out?SURE-do, so get in quick! Each deal only runs for a limited time and when the countdown clock hits ZERO or the maximum number of deals sold is reached, then it's gone, so get in quick!
Refer a Friend
What is refer a friend? SUREdeal offer a $5 referral credit for each friend you refer to us. By you referring your friends, the power of collective buying will ensure you keep getting great deals. So what are you waiting for! When a friend signs up and buys a deal within 30 days - You (and your friend!) get a $5 credit to spend on any of our amazing deals! SUREdeal credits last for 30 days, so don't let them expire and spend them quick!
How do I refer a friend?You must be signed in to refer a friend. Simply click the 'Refer A Friend' button at the top of the screen, complete the details and a unique referral link (so we know you referred them) will be sent to each person's email address for them to sign-up with!
What if the supplier has gone out of business?If a company has gone out of business, you will receive a SUREdeal Account Credit to the value of your purchase.
Vouchers
Will my SUREdeal Voucher expire? All of our great offers do have to expire at some stage so please check the expiry date printed on your voucher.
If you have any issue with your voucher, you will need to let us know before this expiry date so we can assist you.
Your voucher will be emailed to the email you've used to register with at the time you successfully purchase a deal. Please ensure you enter your email address correctly and add hello@suredeal.com.au to your safe senders list so your voucher always arrives in your inbox. You can also access your voucher at any time from the "My account" area of the website.
How do I redeem my voucher?It's easy! Just check the 'Deal Conditions' section on the deal or printed on your voucher for instructions on how to redeem. In some instances this may say "No Redemption Required" so you don't need to do anything and the product will simply be delivered to your door! Remember to always check the voucher and redemption method when you buy - just to be sure.
Can I buy more than one voucher per deal?All our offers stipulate if there is a limit of vouchers to be ordered per person. Please check the conditions before going crazy.
I've logged in but I can't find my SUREdeal voucher; where is it?Firstly, check that you're logged in with the correct email address. Did you receive a copy of your voucher to your inbox? Double check your Credit Card to see that you purchased successfully and then contact us at support@suredeal.com.au with as much detail as possible so we can sort it out for you.
When does my voucher expire?Each SUREdeal has its own unique 'use by date'. Just check the Voucher Expiry Date on the left side of your voucher to ensure that you (or a lucky friend) can use it in time.
When do I get my voucher?You will receive your voucher to your email as soon as you buy the deal. A copy of the voucher will also be stored in your SUREdeal account.
I entered the wrong address at checkout, what can I do?Our suppliers ship direct to the delivery address entered by the customer at checkout so it is your responsibility to ensure the address you've entered is correct.
If you have entered the wrong address at checkout please contact us within 5 hours so may be able to amend your details.

Refund Policy
Can I get a refund for my purchase? We stand behind every offer on our site but some things are out of our control so whether or not we issue you with a refund will depend on the experience that you've had.
We're unable to provide you with a refund or credit if you contact us after the expiry date on your voucher to let us know about an issue.
If you've changed your mind and you contact us within 24hrs of purchasing a deal, we will provide you with a refund or SUREdeal Account Credit provided that the goods have not yet shipped.
Can I have a refund if I've changed my mind (within 3 days)?At the supplier's discretion, we may provide a SUREdeal Account Credit for your purchase if you've changed your mind and contact us within 3 days of purchasing.
If the goods have already been shipped then the item will need to be returned (unopened) to the supplier. Return postage is to be paid by customer.
We can not credit you if you change your mind more than 3 days after purchasing.
We are unable to issue you with an account credit or refund if you are unhappy with the item you have received, when it is as described by SUREdeal in the images / video / highlights / conditions / description.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have read and fully understand all the details of the offer, including the terms and conditions, before purchasing.
Despite our best efforts, occasionally it is impossible for us to list every feature of a product. If you are unsure about any feature of an item, it is up to the customer to contact SUREdeal (or the supplier) to clarify about the item they will be receiving prior to purchasing.
In the event that your item arrives faulty, the supplier will provide you with a replacement where possible. If a replacement cannot be provided, then a SUREdeal Account Credit will be processed.
If the item has arrived with a minor fault but can still be used as described, then you may be entitled to a partial credit for the amount paid or a replacement.
You may be requested to provide proof of a fault (e.g. photo / video / send for testing). If proof cannot be provided then a replacement may not be possible.
Return postage for faulty items will be covered by SUREdeal or the supplier.
The way that delivery companies handle parcels is beyond our control. As a result of this, we are unable to ensure that some minor damage won't occur to the packaging of your item during transit.
If the product inside is still fit for purpose and undamaged, we hope you can understand that there's nothing more we are able to assist with.
If significant damage has occurred to the packaging during transit and/or the product has been damaged then this is considered the same as receiving an item that is faulty, please refer to the above policy.
Our suppliers ship direct to the delivery address entered by the customer at checkout so it is your responsibility to ensure the address you've entered is correct.
If you have entered the wrong address at checkout and your item is lost in transit, we are unable to arrange a refund or resend.
If you have entered the wrong address and the item was Returned to Sender then we may be able to arrange for your purchase to be resent.
In this instance you would need to pay the postage cost of having the item resent.
Items can occasionally get lost in transit. Unfortunately this is beyond our control.
In the event that your item has been lost in transit, your purchase will be re-sent at the suppliers cost.
If a replacement cannot be provided, then a SUREdeal Account Credit will be issued.
Unless SUREdeal requests otherwise, your purchase can only be resent to the same address you entered at checkout.
You will need to contact SUREdeal before the voucher expiry date to ensure we are able to arrange a replacement or credit for you.
If you have not contacted us prior to your voucher expiry date we will assume all items have been delivered successfully from the supplier.
The delivery time advertised on your voucher is an expected time frame only.
Occasionally, suppliers and delivery companies can experience delays that are unfortunately beyond our control.
In this instance, we will endeavor to update our customers as soon as we are aware of the delay.
Late arrivals do not qualify for a credit or refund (unless the delivery time was Guaranteed).
We do understand that these instances can be disappointing so depending on what the delay is, you may receive a partial Account Credit or have the option to return the item once received (at your cost) for a full Account Credit.
Despite our best efforts, occasionally it is impossible for us to list every feature of a product so if you are unsure about any feature advertised on SUREdeal, it is up to the customer to contact SUREdeal or the supplier to clarify about the item they will be receiving prior to purchasing.
If for some reason the item you've received differs in a minor way that does not impact your experience, and does not alter the value of the item, then a replacement or partial Account Credit may be issued on a case by case basis.
If the item you've received differs significantly from what was advertised (where it alters your experience or the value of the product) then a replacement, SUREdeal Account Credit or partial SUREdeal Account Credit may be issued.
Where the difference is so significant that the item received is deemed as useless to you, a Credit Card / Bank Refund or Account Credit may be issued.
We may require you to return the item to receive a replacement, credit or refund. The cost for postage of this will be covered by SUREdeal or the supplier.
If a product operates differently to your expectations (where nothing was specified in the description), this is not considered as the item being any different to what was advertised.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have read and understand all the details of the offer, including the terms and conditions.
Refunds cannot be issued in the event that the customer has not adhered to the conditions of the offer.
If you are not flexible on the dates for travel, please contact the hotel prior to purchasing to ensure they have availability for your requirements.
If availability is not checked before purchasing, then you should be flexible with a minimum of 3 possible travel dates within the validity period and attempt to book at least 2 months prior to the voucher expiry date (unless otherwise specified).
In the event that there are no suitable travel dates available, a SUREdeal Account Credit will be issued if a similar travel deal is available for purchase.
A credit card / bank refund may be processed if proof of booking attempts can be provided and there is no suitable substitution.
We rely very heavily on the business that is offering the deal to deliver the services they agreed to and on the terms that we have advertised.
Although we cannot control the service providers and are not responsible for their actions, we will help you if there is an issue with a deal, and we will do all that we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
If bookings are required, you should be flexible with your desired dates and attempt to book your voucher at least 4 weeks before the voucher expiry date.
In the event that you have had a less than satisfactory experience, please contact our support team immediately for assistance.
Your voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded but we may issue you with a SUREdeal account credit. Your credit can be used to purchase any of the awesome deals on our site! Our aim is to give you a great shopping experience 100% of the time. On the rare occasion that you're not satisfied we will do our utmost to resolve the matter fairly and promptly.

Is my personal info safe? Yes. We utilise 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect your credit card information. We don't sell your personal information to any third parties, including merchants from whom you have purchased a deal.
